Can I get citizenship for adultery? Got my greencard though marriage.Things were going bad in my marriage husband and I stop sleeping together because I found out he was cheating he was spending more time out than at home however I started dating someone got pregnant file for divorce getting married to my child dad and would want to apply for my citizenship but I'm not sure about the good moral character if adultery will prevent me from getting it.

If you have conditional GC, you have to file I-751 like everybody else to get conditions removed.

If you want advice you need to tell us your story from the beginning. How you got here, visa type. How long you had your greencard, how long you married. Did you file removal of conditions. Tell everything. trickle truth only wastes time.

I have my greencard 4 years and I did removed the condition i got my 10 years greencard last year September. The problem started right around that time and I got pregnant in January we were still living together but not has husband and wife I didn't even tell him I was pregnant until I had my baby.
