Hi everyone.

I filled i751 in november 2023 and received the 48 months extension letter and biometrics reused.

I want to know who filled n400 while i751 is pending in Puerto Rico? because some USCIS offices doesn't accept combo interview and i'm worried that PR is one of them

I am worried that when they do the citizenship interview, seeing that I have the pending i751, they will only do the interview that corresponds to the i751 and lose the money paid for the n400 form. My lawyer told me that they do not do the combo interview (which I do not believe), and I would like to know if there is anyone who has taken the combo interview in PR and what their experience was.

How so? In the event USCIS only conducts I-751 interview on the day, your N-400 will remain pending and they'll call you for N-400 interview later. No issue there. You won't lose money.

Are you sure your lawyer is a real immigration lawyer?

She is the same lawyer who saved me from going to court for an immigration case. Her recommendation was that I do not do it for all the reasons mentioned above. That is why I was asking if there was anyone who had done the combo interview in PR.

In the other hand, how can i fill n400 with pending i751? Can i fill it online? Or should I fill out the form n400 in physical form with a letter requesting the combo interview?

Yes, you can file online or paper. For online filing, you can upload letter typed in Word and saved as PDF for example.
