Hello everyone, we just got Noa1 in octobre , I am just wondring if the new US administration will prolong the procedures more ??

no,

1st  stage

timelines are based on number of petitions at US offices

number of petitions that require RFE

and big one is holidays and vacations 

     right now we will have Thanksgiving,  Christmas and New years with extra time off for those who must use vacation time before end of the year or lose it

 

stage 2

timeline depends on number of cases

number of cases in queue waiting for embassy to say send it

 

Stage 3

interview  depends on beneficary knowing the US petitioner

documents presented fully as needed for sponsorship and background of bene 

and high fraud issues that may show up to CO

and the AP for some embassies for additional security 

 

BTW  Trump did not list legal immigration as one of his big issues

border control and illegals are
