My spouse filed her I751 in December 2022 to VSC. After waiting for 1.5 years and being suggested by friends here in this forum, we filed her N400 in July 2024. Now after 4 months, still no updates. I read here and there that many similar cases got approved within 3 months. So what shall I do now besides waiting?

Not much you can do. 4 months is very normal wait time, in many places even a year is normal.

N400 processing times are governed by the local USCIS field offices.  Some offices are less busy and very fast, and others have more workload and are slower.  Four months is pretty quick, but hopefully something will break soon.

Good Luck!

I’m in the same position. Seattle filer and others who applied around the same time/after already have interviews scheduled.

Perhaps combo cases take longer to process? My estimated completion time is 21 days and it looks like there’s no way of that happening now.

Estimated times is a joke. People with only 9 days in a process getting message "Your case is taking longer than expected". Meanwhile others who went through interview have months until decision according to status, but not in reality. This is all based on my observations on VJ.

Yes, I-751 adds time. N-400 cannot be decided without it. It takes time for local field office to get files from service center to perform combo interview or decide on I-751 before N-400.
