Wait a few hours to the end of the day, the interview letter should be available to download from the documents/notices section of your case / USCIS account. Mine took till the end of the day to be available.

Oh, I cannot believe that they never updated it! It turned out my interview letter was uploaded to the account within a few hours so my agony was short 🙂

anyone else notice a change on the USCIS site?  I know they were doing "updates" this weekend, but the information about the steps and where you were and the estimated timing seems to be removed.  :(

Since Dec 4. California. Id I remember right it’s the field office in San Bernardino. Anyone else around here still waiting for the interview appt? It seems a lot of people have received the next update within a month.

I'm still waiting for mine. I contacted an agent through Emma chat and they said it has been put in the interview scheduling queue 3 weeks ago. But I believe my FO (Philadelphia) has a huge backlog of cases, so it may be a while.

11/18/24: N-400 filed online and USCIS portal predicts 7 months to decision

11/18/24: Received receipt notice; biometrics reuse notice; and case status changed to "case is actively being reviewed"

 

Removal of Conditions (tbd)
2/6/24: I-751 packet shipped via FedEx

2/7/24: Delivered and signed for

2/9/24: Text message with IOE receipt number received at 12:26pm

2/13/24: I-797 48 month extension letter and biometrics reuse letter available online, case updated to "actively being reviewed"

Adjustment of Status (5 months)
9/13/21: AOS packet shipped via FedEx

9/15/21: delivered and signed for

9/17/21: 4 text messages with IOE receipt numbers received at 8:45pm

9/24/21: Received 4 receipt notices in the mail and online access code

9/25/21: Biometrics scheduled for Philadelphia, ASC

10/18/21: Biometrics appointment completed for I-485 and I-765 (Code 3)

I also spoke with Emma and they said that my interview has been requested to be scheduled but hasn’t been scheduled yet. Does that mean it’s also in queue or just something they say to anyone the moment you submit your application? Lol

I'm 90% sure they say whatever to get you off the chat ASAP. Then report to their managers they "helped" 50 people an hour etc.
