yes, I am so thankful but a little surprised it went that fast after years and years of waiting for some of my other visas. Hoping the oath ceremony is scheduled soon. I am not sure of which office, I think National Benefits Center, and I applied online. Hope this helps!

You attended an in person interview at some physical USCIS local field office? This is what I meant by office, like city where it's located

Interview was very good, the guy was pretty nice, There was no small talk but it was nice. It starts with the reading test and then writing, extremely easy if you speak basic English, then they asked me the civic questions. After that he said he was gonna go through the application with me, asked me some questions about my travel history (like if I travel for work or leisure) then he asked if I had back taxes, I said no and he asked if I brought my tax return. I didn't bring my taxes so I said no and he said it was fine, but maybe bring your taxes if you have it. After that, there were a few minutes of silence and I was just waiting, then he said I was approved. The whole interview took like 10 minutes max. Also when you do the interview they take your passport, driver's license, and green card & the guy forgot to give it back to me after the interview and I forgot too so I had to come back to get it and it was a whole thing to get back into the building haha so make sure you take all your stuff after the interview!!! LOL

good luck with your interview!!

I'm surprised you didn't upload or bring tax transcripts with you. I thought most users on VJ know this. Glad it all worked out and thank you for posting your experience!

I had my citizenship test yesterday. Through security, waiting, and the test itself in less than 30 minutes. The person interviewing me was so nice and we mostly just talked about Australia lol.

Only thing she asked to see was my green card and photo ID. None of my documents.

Today I got the text message from USCIS that they have taken an action on my case. In the account it says that the interview was scheduled. I am somewhat puzzled - don't they say when the interview is going to be? Or I will only find out when the letter (interview notice) in the mail is going to come?

I applied on Nov 25th online, under 5 year rule.

ROC:  Received Jan 25 2021    NOA 1: February 25 2021 (LIN/Nebraska).    BIOMETRICS: April 30  2021
APPROVED: June 23 2021     CARD DELIVERED:   June 30 2021

AOS:          Received Date:  April 2      NOA 1:  April 5 2018
Biometrics:  April 27  Fingerprint Review Was Completed:  April 30
Case Ready to be scheduled: May 3
( that update only showed up in August! after being notified about EAD&AP )
EAD&AP  We approved your case:  August 8   /  In the mailbox:  August 16 2018
Interview   -    March 14 2019    (
Notice Date:  February 1)  -   Approved!

Same here. Got an email today that my interview is scheduled but nothing uploaded on my account as to when it’s gonna be. Guess we’ll just have to wait for the physical mail.
