Good morning every one. My story is, in 2017 i used the K1 visa to bring my fiancee to US it got approved and we got married. When my X got his status changed approval he quickly started the divorce papers and left me for some one else. He divorced me in 2018. Then I met my current husband in person in 2021 and got married in Tunisia. They are both from the same country. Now I am still waiting for a resolution to my case but nothing... No denial no approval. its been for me since 09/22/2022 last time i received my NOA1 and recently i send 2 request inquiries about why my case is taking longer than usual. Do you guys have any idea why is taking so long>? and if this is consider a complex day bcz of my story events then up to how long could it take? just trying to find some closure that's all 😢 thank you all.

Absolutely the dodgy circumstances of your first immigrant marriage are and will cause extended delays and processing for this case.   There is no way to predict how long it will take.
