Hello!  I have been reading alot of discussions on this but they all say something a little different so hoping to get some feedback on my specific cirucumstances. Thank you in advance for your help!

I am the petitioner living in Hawaii and my fiance lives in Guinea, going through the Senegal Consulate.

I am preparing the I-134 and planning on providing the following supporting evidence:

- Past 3 years tax transcripts

- Offer letter from employer with Salary information, stating full time employment

- Recent paystubs (Last 2-3 months enough?)

Do I need to also include a letter from my bank with current amount and deposits from last year? This is something I see differing opinions on.

My annual income is $65K. Do I need to provide any information on my stock portfolio as an asset or do I make enough for that to not make a difference?

From the instructions supporting evidence section:

Evidence should consist of copies of ANY of the documents listed below that apply.

Your evidence of sufficient income using employment letter and pay stubs are good enough.

Good luck.

Is the offer letter from when you first were offered the job? If so, I wouldn’t use that since it doesn’t actually confirm if you’ve accepted their offer. I think it’s better if your employer writes an employment verification letter stating you’re a full time employee with X amount of salary.

Yes that is a good point about the offer letter. I requested an employment verification letter today.  Thank you!
