A 14 year old IR2 case

I want to know if both parents are already in US, can they transfer a 14 year old child case from Ghana to Sierra Leone and if so what will be the requirement please?

It has been DocumentaryQualufied since Jan. 2024

Not yet but want to know since she is a teenage, can her case be transfer to SL and is it possible to get a resident permit for a 14 year old in SL?
