Finally after almost 5 years plus the death of my beloved son, my daughter in law Ruby and 4 of my grandkids have their passports with visas in hand. Can someone advise which CFO class each one of them needs, please? Widow, Ruby, 22 year old son, 19 years old daughter, 17 years old son, and 13 years old son? Then I can book flights.

How can we get appointments for all 5 on the same day

Please someone help. We have tried to call and email CFO without any response, They ask what visa and also only list fiancées and spouse. They are W1 Widow and W2 Child of widow. So how do we list for their appointment?  Also, on their VISA, is the visa number that starts with V?

This does not answer my question! When we go on the website to register, it gives option of CR1, IR!, spouse or fiancée and that is it. We have W1 widow and W2 Widow's child, neither of which are available to register!!!

GCP is for fiancées and spouses.  However, W1 and W2 are "independent immigrants" for CFO and would normally be PDOS for 20-59 years old or PCP for 13-19 years old.  Children 12 and under just require registration.

Yes.  They get e-certificates with QR codes immediately.  It's all they need.  Nothing is ever guaranteed in the Philippines until it's actually happened but with visas on hand and appointments with CFO, that is as firm a date that you could possibly get and could probably be considered pretty safe to schedule.

Filed: AOS (pnd) Country: Philippines
Timeline

As long as they satisfy the requirements at the session, they will receive their certificates digitally the same day via email. CFO advises not to book flights until they have the certificate but I booked Jaycel's flight the same day I booked her CFO (scheduled to depart 2 days later) and fortunately they did not give her any trouble. It's all about how much risk tolerance you have... do you have the funds to re-book all the flights if necessary

I just wish my son Joseph was going to be there to great them, It will be me and Joseph's brother standing in. I know they all will be thinking the same thing. Thanks everyone who has answered our questions over the last few years.
