Hey! We’re at the NVC stage and we’re stuck at the petitioner’s document step. Can anyone please help us double check that we’re uploading the right documents  the right way?
So my wife is the petitioner and the sponser. We don’t have any joint sponsers.
Here’s what we have uploaded so far for the petitioner:
1. form I-864.
2. most recent year tax transcript.

.Here’s what we uploaded under  (AOS additional documentation ).
1. 2022 and 2021 tax transcripts. (Separately)
2. 2023/2022/2021 W2’s ( separately not combined)
3. A letter from the employer under “ Proof of current or self employment “
4. Petitioner’s marriage termination.
5. Petitioner’s birth certificate
6. Petitioner’s passport copy as a proof of US citizenship
7. Petitioner’s drivers license copy as a proof of US domicile

My other question is do we need to upload marriage certificate under the petitioner’s documents? If yes which one? Is it their previous marriage certificate or the current one?

And for the last 6 months paystubs, do we need to upload all of them separately or all combined in one single PDF?

.Lastly, we’re not sure if we needed to upload all of that because the instructions are sometimes very unclear and it doesn’t explain if you need some of those documents only when you have a joint sponsor or not.

Assume you’ve done the financial docs wizard? Follow whatever that says. Payslips aren’t usually required.  https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-5-collect-financial-evidence-and-other-supporting-documents.html

You only need to upload the marriage certificate under your docs. Make sure you check the country specifics list as well - https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-5-collect-financial-evidence-and-other-supporting-documents/step-7-collect-civil-documents.html

Good luck.
