I did ask it look above. I will however restate it for you so that you can understand it as I suppose it was not clear.

What I want to know since they are no longer processing K3 at the MSC, IF they moved my pettition regardless of the security checks to keep it with with the rest of the K3s since they are no longer processing thoes application at the MSC center?

That's not another question. It's a combination of our previous two questions the answers are yes the case was transferred and to either California or Vermont. Which center depends on your State of residence.

I cannot explain why you weren't notified but MSC is no longer processing K3 cases. They have all been transferred.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
