Where is the K3 Visa Processing times

We have been going through this process since February and they used to list the I129F K3 visa processing times. I no longer see them listed at any Service Center. Am I to just go by the K1 - I-129F posting?

Hi there,

I am actually looking for this too. I have looked for it everywhere and have been unsuccessful. I do not think that we K3 filers have the same processing times as K1 filers...but I can be wrong. If you do find it, please let us know.

Wow, I was hoping to be with my husband by Christmas...But I guess that will not happen any time soon, they are just taking sooooo long, that it's depressing.

I cant find it either where is it listed? Its been over a year and my K3 never got transffered out of MSC. Ima bit worried because K3 are no longer being processed at MSC, so im thinking that they forgot my application and its in a box collecting dust. Any suggestions? I mean i know that we are on AP BUT woulnt it make sense that they would still transfer our application to CSC to continue waiting while the administrative review is complete? IM SO CONFUSED AND LOST.

I forgot to add that the reason Im im panic mode is because i looked at the USCIS time lines and they no longer have K3 listed. Does that mean that they are no longer processing our K3 there? A year ago i started seeing applications get transfered out to vermont and california but mine never went any where. =0( I wonder if its still there since they no longer list K3 under the MSC timeline section PLEASE HELP!

Yes, it means your case has probably been transferred.

I know BUT I NEVER GOT A NOTICE that said that it got transffered. Every one else that got transfered got a letter say that they were being transfered but i never did. ???????? when people file for k3 now were do they send them to?

Yes i know that cases get transfered but Im wondering if it is likely that they never transffered mine since i filed it over a year ago and we never got a notice of transfer and no noa2. every time we call to ask for ingo they just send us some stupid generic letter saying that we are stuck in security checks and my congressman cant do any thing till they are done. ??? Its been so long and I never got a notice saying that it was tansffered like every one else did.

I don't know id it helps, but i never received anything in the mail either about the transfer. I received notice through email b/c I made a portfolio on the USCIS website. I'm sorry you've had to wait so long.
