Hello everyone,

I am going to make this short and sweet.

I am going through consular processing for my spouse whom is overseas. I am the USC petitioner and sponsor. Our case is currently at the NVC stage. I went ahead and completed AOS document and uploaded tax return transcripts, employment verification letter and legal status doc (US PASSPORT).\

The CEAC site allowed me to "submit" only these documents. I had not completed my spouses DS260 and uploaded our civil documents till 3 days later where I will be pressing the "submit" button" again. Did I mess up???

Not an issue.  The order of submission is not important.

Personally, I would rebubmit the documents at the DS 260 stage. There are specific headdings in the upload windows for those specific documents. For example, you click on the I864 tab to upload the required documents for I864, marriage certificates, other documents, etc.
