Hi everyone,

I am a US citizen and I sponsored my now husband for fiance visa and now he got his conditional green card (2 years). I am trying to sponsor my mother right now. can my husband who is now a greencard holder be a cosponsor? or can I add his income to my household income when I file i864?

LPRs can sponsor.

You file I-864 and your LPR husband files I-864 A as Household Member. You combine income

Yes, I completely agree with comments above. Combine income. The only thing is when they ask you on i864 if you sponsored anyone else before, you will mention yur husband there but no one will be counted twice. If its u and ur husband then household members 2 and u r sponsoring 1 makes total 3.
