My daughter filed AOS for me. we did concurrent filing and my PD is 12 sept 2022.My i130, EAD and advance parol everything got aprproved and case got xferd to local field office to Process I485. I had two attempts of Biometric when i filed in 2022 and both times it was not clear, after two years i got RFE to submit police clearance which I did . My question is why uscis wants me to come for 3 time biometric when i have already submitted Police clearance.

Hard to say, but it is interesting this is the second new thread asking essentially the same question by different members.  Was there any moves since filing the AOS (that could drive new biometrics)?  Beyond that, all you can do is attend as you don't want something as simple as a missed biometrics appointment to mess something up.

Good Luck!

I just chatted with a live agent through EMMA about it and they said they can't help with this and they submitted a request for me to be contacted by a Tier 2 agent. Have you tried contacting them about it?

They didn't even tell you why it's needed again??

Nope. The only thing they will see on file is the letter for  biometrics again. No reason.

Agreed. It’s usually due to the quality of prints taken .. can be equipment failure or that some people fingerprint whorls just don’t print well.

Not sure if this is relevant, but when I went to my embassy interview in September, the officer let slip that their systems were in the middle of a transition to newer ones.

I wonder if the additional biometrics that appear to be popping up are related. It could be a system error so a retake is in order, or simply a new requirement to take additional bios for their new interface.
