221 g received after interview at Islamabad

After my interview, I received a 221(g) notice requesting additional documents. Here’s my situation and questions:

1. Documents Requested: I need to send my birth certificate, family registration certificate (FRC), and passport by courier.

2. Clarification Needed: Should I send the original documents, or are notarized copies sufficient?

3. Case Status: Currently, my case status is showing as "refused." However, the interviewer mentioned that my case is otherwise fine as long as I submit these documents.

4. Processing Time: After submitting the requested documents, how long can I expect the processing to take?

There are 2 types of AP one for missing documents which tend to be quite quick but then you move on to the longer one, which varies significantly.

 

I obtained duplicate originals but have no idea is that available where you are.

It means we need to send original not photo copies
