US Embassy Thailand CR1

Interview date November 1st 7:30 am

How early should we arrive and how long should we plan to be there? I understand I can not accompany my wife inside for the interview. She wants to show up early.. is this just a line outside to get in?  How early will they allow her to go inside? Does 7:30 mean 7:30 or is it similar to a doctor appointment? I understand the actual interview could only last a few minutes but is there waiting time after the interview?

Hoping to get an idea of what to expect that day. Thanks for any input.

The interview letter probably says to be there a bit earlier? Yes, it's a bit like doctor's appointment. You have to wait to be called. Can take few hours. Hopefully will be quick since it's morning.
