We received the NOA1 last evening july 19 for our I-129F via Mail. The check still hasn’t gone through and we’re wondering what happened. There are sufficient funds in the account and no issues with the check we sent. I’m worrying if the check slipped out of our file during the sorting process. Anyone have this issue? They sent to us this notice of action * noa1* but the check still not cashed

I would try calling that number on the bottom right corner of your form and see if anyone there can answer your question.

In my experience they return checks they don't need. My wife and I sent processing fee cashiers checks but they were returned to us due to the fees being covered with another application we sent.
