I have the  question . After nvc approval what is the wait time for an interview call in islamabad ? And how did they get the message for medical examinations? Was it through e mail? 

my parents are in karachi so they can do medical testin karachi?

Nope.. I have been in regular touch with the embassy but same generic response they often give

Every applicant is unique.. the guy before me on the interview day was approved in July .. and mine changed to ready a day before his.. we can never really know what is going on but endless worries ..

Hello, no idea how long the wait time is in your home country. I would think it’s longer that way as I did mine in London. Perhaps someone else with experience might be able to provide better insight for you.
