aos package before ssn?

Hi...i am sure i can but just wanting to check - can i file all the paperwork for AOS even though i do not yet have a SSN?

Sorry if i have missed something on the links and guidelines but i am pretty sure i simply leav eit blank if i dont have one?

You do not need a SSN to file for AOS..... But why dont you just go and get your SSN you have until 2 weeks before your I-94 expires to apply or you will have to wait until you have your EAD or Greencard...

I plan to go to local SS office on monday - entered us on 21/7 then we got married on 28/7 - but also want to get the paperwork on the way for AOS ...i have also perused the SS form and am unsure which option to tick when it comes to legal alien allowed to work or legal alien not allowed to work - or other...any help here would be appreciated

And on the form, don't leave it blank, just write "none".
