We used a lawyer for the original 130/485 package w/ form g-28 but we are not using them for ROC.

Do we need notify USCIS in any way that they are no longer representing us?

The directions on G28 say "USCIS, CBP, and ICE will recognize Form G-28 until the conclusion of the matter for which it is entered, unless otherwise notified." and "The original attorney or accredited representative of record will remain the attorney or accredited representative of record in this situation" I'm not sure if 751 is technically it's own "matter/situation" or considered part of the same "matter/situation" .

If we do need to remove them, we just send USCIS a letter stating so, correct? And should that be sent to the lockbox or to our local field office (who wouldn't have our case yet)? Should the letter be included w/ the 751 package?
