N400 Online Application Payment Wont Work

So after completing my credit card information online, the page was loading so slow and an error message said something like the page is unavailable. I tried one more time but it gave me the same error message. I logged out of my computer and logged in using my phone, tried paying again and still showed me the same error message. I got nervous and checked my credit card balance online, thinking that I might be charged 3 times even if the payment didnt go through.  Its Sunday today when I attempted to make payments, so Im thinking thats why the page is down.

 

Anybody experienced this?

May filers of this year had a similar issue, USCIS resolved it 4-5 days later. They have a planned tool outage starting Wednesday and going until Friday, so it might be related to that: https://www.uscis.gov/newsroom/alerts/tools-outage
