The date you entered MTL's waiting list

Okay so I noticed a lot of you who have been through Montreal or are going through Montreal have the date you entered the waiting list in Montreal listed. I asked them a few times when I entered the waiting list and never got a response until this time, when I mentioned I'd really like an answer for that question (in a nicer way than that of course, lol.) But she told me that there is no official date because they schedule by month. So where are you all getting your "Entered waiting list" dates from?! She did tell me my papers were received at her desk May 2nd so maybe that is what you guys are all referring to?

By the way this lady seemed really nice and I've never had the experience with any seemingly nasty people from there. The only 'bad' thing I've got from them is the occasional lack of reply, which is rather understandable in my opinion since with so many emails and phone calls to answer it would be pretty easy to skip one even by accident.

I called one day asking about my interview date and then asked the lady just when I was entered into thier scheduling system and she gave me the date of entry

Should I ask the date I entered into the system instead of when I entered the waiting list, maybe?

I think I'll wait a bit before calling again... I was reluctant to at first since when I finally figured out the voice prompts, the message they gave for a Live person said the number was for emergencies... I did just email again and bold the part about when my case entered the system :) and thanked her for her patience with all of my questions... so hopefully that will go over well and I'll get an answer as to the date! :)

Yes, it was 4 but it said it was for emergencies... I guess most people don't hear that part though. It was definitely the right number to call - it listed off the information about K1 visas but they slipped in that it was for 'emergencies' (I almost missed hearing that myself ;)) ... oh and I was on hold for only 2 minutes I think, which was nice. :) But anyways if they are only giving two days' notice for interviews then calling may sometimes be an emergency!!
