Recent K-1 interview, prove of relationship and advice (Thailand)

Hey all! Just wanted to see if anyone can share their recent K-1 interview experience in Bangkok? I am interested in how the interview went ? What questions were asked ? What did your proof of relationship part of the packet looked like? Anything particular the CO was looking for during the interview ?

My only concern is me and my Fiancée had a very short courtship before I submitted her K-1 application. I know this is one of the “red flags”. Our age gap is not that big I am only 1.5 years older than her. A month after we met I proposed to her and put her K-1 package in. Since then we literally spend about 12 hours a day FT and texting. I have a PPT build up with call log for every single day since the day we met. We have tons of screenshooting of us FT, of her talking to my family and friends. Me talking to her family and friends, me sending her a care package, her and my dad FaceTiming me on one of my ceremonies, etc.  I am also going to visit her this upcoming month and I will be there during her interview. This will be my second trip and we will provide even more pictures of us being together. I will have my flight itinerary snd face books stamps in there.I will have a friend also writing a letter that witnessed me buying her a ring and will be notarized.

My question is what other documents or proof do you think is good to have ? We have not booked a venue for the wedding nor bought a dress and suit yet since the timeline is very unstable for the K-1 process.

How many times have you met?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

It will be two times met in person by the time she attend her interview. I will be spending the holidays with her for over a month. I will be there for her for interview as well if it get scheduled around that time as well.

In additional during our first in person visit I met her family and ask for their blessings. During this second upcoming trip my dad will be meeting her (just not sure if it will be before or after the interview)

Time spent together in person is the best indicator of a bona fide relationship.  You've documented your communications well.  Bear in mind that they're unable to consider any "media" like thumb drives, recordings, etc.

Put off scheduling the wedding and buying clothes for it.  Never "presume" granting of the visa.

If you're in Thailand when she's interviewed, you might not be allowed inside the consulate (this varies by location).  Give her your U.S. passport to take in and show the consul; she should say that you're within range if there are any questions.

She should have something like an accordion folder where she can reach in and efficiently pull out anything that the consul asks for.  Give her a complete photocopy of the I-129F that you sent in.

It sounds to me as though you've prepared and anticipated things as well as anyone possibly could.  Avoid sweating things too much.  Let us know what results!
