Applying for both of my parents as beneficiaries. But, unless I am missing something, it looks like USCIS web site lets you apply for one beneficiary at a time? Do I have to fully finish and submit my mom's application before I can start my dad's application? Thanks!

They're two completely separate applications, so not linked in any way - it doesn't matter which order you do them in.

Good luck.

Maybe I did not work my question correctly. When I click on 'Your Beneficiary', it shows the beneficiary that I am working on right now. It does not let me add a separate (second) beneficiary. So looks like the web site does not allow working on two applications in parallel.

Am I missing something?

Yes, you have to finish and submit the first application before you can start another when filing online.
