Finally - I checked U.S. Embassy Moscow website this morning and saw our interview date there! November 1st - we are so excited. Now got to collect all the remaining documents and send them to my fiancee.
Yahoo, congratulations! Plenty of time to prepare though! :)

Aug 2006 met at regatta in Greece

03/20/2007 I-129f mailed to TSC

08/06/2007 NOA-2, 118 days from the 1st notice.

10/24/2007 Interview in Moscow, visa approved

12/06/2007 Entered at JFK, got EAD stamp.

01/25/2008 Married in St. Augustine, FL

02/19/2008 AOS package mailed

09/30/2008 AOS interview - APPROVED!

10/11/2008 Green card in the mail

01/14/2009 Our little girl, Fiona Elizabeth, was born on Jan. 14, 2009 :-)

Ugh. The Brazil Embassy sent Package 3 to my girl's old address. Today they are sending out a new one. But apparently the mail service is ok strike! We're not having good luck here :(

Would it be better for her to just go to the Embassy and pick up the packet herself?

Does anyone know if you can schedule your medical and interview with London online...and how? (sort of like others did with other consulates. :help:

Hello C and P we are going through London, there is no way of doing ours online, you have to wait for packet 3. We got our packet 4 today and our interview is scheduled for October 5th. Check our timeline to get the most accurate info on time frames as you and us both are going through the same embassy.

Our petition FINALLY ARRIVED AT NVC SEPTEMBER 17!! GOOD BYE CSC. To quote my fiance, CSC was like hell. Now I can finally have hope that we can have our wedding on the date we wanted it to be.

I had the same exp. with u.. nd i agree with also that CSC like HELL.... :dance: :dance: I was approved last June 20 this year too and they send my case more than a month after my approval.. And after that my papers stay in NVC 6 weeks .. Goodluck in NVC...

Glad to hear that so many of us April filiers are making good progress. To give an update, the Czech consulate in Prague responded to my email that they had received our case so hopefully she will receive packet 3 so, looking at the members on this site who have also gone through the same consulate, she will receive packet 3 this week. Optimistically speaking, I could be leaving on a plane in less than two weeks to meet her and accompany her to the interview. I know we all, and our loved ones, have been through a lot, but we really are at the end of our journey. Best of luck to you all!

NOA2 for K1 on Aug. 21 and still no NVC notification. tried to use automated system with my WACxxxxx number and it comes up, unknow number. sent email but no response. trying to get through to operator but no success yet. thoughts / suggestions ?

Gullyracer, you need to call NVC at 603-334-0700, press 1 then 5 to get an operator. It may take a few times to get through, but you will. Give them you WAC# and ask if they have your case. If they do, they will give you a new case number and tell you when/if they have sent it to the embassy. Good luck!

Called USCIS and they say they sent out on the 17th. Aug 21 to Sept 17? what the h___? our government in-action. hoping for better luck with NVC. yeah, i know.

27 Dec. 2007--Our 3 year anniversary of being engaged

HEY! I'm an April Filer, I will update my timeline later, don't have time know, but thought I would give a little hope to everyone!

We had our interview on September 11th, and we have the visa! It was a success!
