Hi,

In the paperwork that I read, the only pictures I had to send in with my initial K-1 (129-F) application were 2 passport photos of me (the applicant). It said that my fiance (beneficiary) had to bring his pictures to the interview.

Having read some of these postings, I am now worried that we should have sent in his picures as well and I will get an RFE. Can any one help clear this up for me?

I'd like to be prepared and if necessary, have my fiance get the pictures and send them to me so that I can send them in. Also, is it possible to be proactive and send them in now without the RFE?

Many thanks,

Elena

I-129F requires 1 passport photo of petitioner, and 1 of beneficiary.

No way to send in before an RFE, they wont get matched up with the case, you need to wait for an RFE.
