Humanitarian sponsorship

I filled for Humanitarian sponsorship after my mom passed on last year. My sister was waiting to go for visa interview we had even paid the money in the CEA, but unfortunately my mom passed on. We did require reinstatement because NVC sent the case back to USCIS. We were informed my sister had to send a signed form which we did on January 2024. But we haven't received anything even confirmation. When I called they said the case still shows my moms name as the petitioner. So, will we get the letter confirming they received the documents?
