Hi everyone, I applied i-129f April 2024 and it's end of October now , I see many approved already, should I be concerned about me not getting approved 😞. Or any advice from anyone of you?

You're still within normal processing times.

Hang in there but they have posted many times on their site they the new target time for approved I129f applicants is now 2 months.  I would see if you can access the Public Inquiry (PI) features and ask for a status update.

That's I-129 applications - it's 6 months for I-129f's. https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/reducing-processing-backlogs

Getting so anxious. Wait is so long . Feel like hard taking it anymore. While everyone is keep getting approved. Tried calling them and couldn't connect. What kind of system is this above my head 🤔

It's not something you can control much... Many USCIS cases such as I-751 take way longer (over 2 years nowadays).

I-129, petition for nonimmigrant worker (i.e. H1B), is 3-3.5 months. 

 

I-129F, petition for alien fiance, is 9 months for normal (California), 26.5 months of AWA background checks (Vermont). 

 

Select I-129F, Select K1/K2/K3/K3, Select California Service Center:   https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/  

 

EDIT:  6 months is the "goal" USCIS set for I-129F starting in March 2022, but actual process times are longer.

It's all good, at least there's progress.  When I got my RFE, I replied lighting fast and sent the evidence priority mail.  We were approved a week after the received our info.
