I did my interview in 30th of Jan 2024.

The officer was happy and told me all the papers seem fine and there in no problem we will just need to go through adminstrave processing

he gave me 2 papers

1st paper is Your Visa is Approved

2nd paper is called "Refusal Sheet" and he ticked the box that says "adminstritive processing is required"

I went to the website CEAC to track the visa statuts and it showed "REFUSED"

after 8 months "REFUSED" changed to "READY"

After a few days i recieved a call from the embassy saying that we need you to redo the medical exam at the clinic (since last medical exam i did has expired only valid for 6 months) and you need to bring your passport along with you SO WE CAN PRINT YOUR VISA TODAY

On my way to the clinic (halfway there) i recieved a call from the clinic and they said that the embassy just called us and said there is no need for you to come today and they will contact you some other time

After that incident i waited 2 months and i didn't recieve any call or answer

i emailed them no answer

I'm confused, does anyone know what is going on ?

I doubt anyone knows for sure what is going on other than you are at the mercy of the consulate.  Hopefully something will move soon.
