You can check current processing times here - https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html It's updated weekly. 

 

Do you mean wait time for an interview once you've been DQ'ed? If so, ask on here and people will be able to tell you usually, or you can search the forum to find timelines.
