I need advice for a RFE regarding multiple filings

Aloha,

 

We received an RFE today regarding multiple filings. This is what they say the need -

 

 For this petition to be approved, USCIS would have to grant a waiver of the filing limitations described above. You must submit a written request for a waiver and explain why a waiver is appropriate in your case. You submitted a waiver request but you did not submit any/sufficient evidence to support your waiver request. The evidence should show that a favorable exercise of discretion to grant the waiver is warranted in your case and any unusual circumstances that exist (e.g. death or incapacity of the former beneficiary(ies)). 

 

I will attach my Request for Waiver that we included in our packet (doc file). Please give me ideas what else I can say/include. I'm lost.

This may be helpful.  You also might send in screenshots of the website you found regarding your second petition.  In the end, it is the details that matter in the waiver request, so you might want to add some to your request letter.
