Bring sibling and his wife to US

The guide on this site say that if I want to sponsor my brother and his wife in the UK to immigrate to the US, I just need to file one form to also apply for his wife to come as well:

 

> Note: You do not need to file a separate Form I-130 for your sibling’s spouse or unmarried children under 21 years of age.

 

But how do I do that? Do I just have to add her name to the form as his spouse in the spouse section? Anything else I need to submit?It doesn't say anything about showing a copy of the marriage certificate, so curious if that's needed, to show that they are indeed married.

You just need to file the single I130 for your sibling as the F4 category allows for derivatives which would include any spouses or children they may have in the next 20-25 years.
