Hi Everyone,

This is my first post. I need some clarification about Question 11.

Have you ever filed for this or any other alien fiancé or husband/wife before?

My soon to be ex-wife is a Canadian citizen. We met and were married in the US. I have sponsored her for a green card. Should I report this in question #11 or does this question only apply to filing for K1?

I am beginning to prepare the I-129f application and would like to know how to properly respond to this question. Thanks much.

The question says, "fiancé or husband/wife".

You have petitioned for a wife. Report it.
