Hello!

I am a USC getting married to a woman in asylum proceedings here with a child in November.  Once married, will file concurrently for them, following the guides.   I had a few things to clarify that were not clear .  There are some supporting documents that are the same between both packages, for example certified marriage certificate or photos - do I include two sets of each, one per each form, or just one set for the whole package?  And if I am filling for both people at the same time, do I mail everything in one envelope or do I split them up into two separate packages/envelopes?  Thanks in advance!

Having fun going through the K-1 process...

You will need 4 sets as you are 2 cases. wife and stepchild. Each form is adjudicated individually.

you can use binder clips and put together the130-148 for wife, and do the same for stepchild and you can mail them in the same envelope.

you also need two separate forms of payment.

Whether you are actually able to file to adjust depends what you mean by asylum proceedings
