I recently submitted 130 and now am planning to submit my k3 .

In December 2019, I was arrested and initially charged with attempted murder. However, after extensive legal proceedings, almost all charges were dropped. Currently, I am facing two charges: assisting in robbery and possession of a weapon.

The case is ongoing, and I am in the process of entering a court-controlled rehabilitation program called the Mental Health Diversion Program. This program has been recommended as an alternative to incarceration, as I have demonstrated that I do not pose a risk to society or others.

Throughout the legal process, the initial charges were found to be disproportionate to the actual events. The court's decision to offer the Mental Health Diversion Program reflects their assessment that rehabilitation, rather than punishment, is the appropriate course of action in my case.

It's important to note that I have not been convicted of any crimes at this point. I am actively cooperating with the legal system and taking steps towards rehabilitation. My participation in the Mental Health Diversion Program is aimed at addressing any underlying issues and ensuring I remain a productive member of society.

I am committed to transparency in this application process and am willing to provide any additional information or documentation regarding this case as required.

Will this cause me any issue in my petition?

Are you the petitioner or beneficiary?

As far as I can tell filling a K3 does no harm.

I assume the Beneficiary is fully up to date with the proceedings.

Well the worst cases scenario is if the K3 was processed and I have not seen that happen for over a decade.
