Need Some Help and Advise Please help

Timeline

hey guys I am us citizen and my dad is here on five year non imgriant visa. I want to file for him green card now and I am confuse o I need to only fill for him i485 form only or I have to fill the i130 form too please help me I try to search lot couldn't find any answer please help.

Seeing that your father is not a K1, you won't find those answers in this forum where you have posted it.

Timeline

If you haven’t already filed an I130 for him, then yes, you need to do an I130 along with the I485.  If you already have an I130, then you would include that receipt NOA with the I485 filing.

I'd clarify: copy of I-130 receipt, not the original

You were given this info when you last asked - 

 

Has your Dad overstayed since then? Or has he left and re-entered? Follow the VJ guide if you're unsure of anything - at the top of the page.

thank you so much for the reply sorry for the late reply some how my account password was not working finally let me sign in. one question can I file both things together and also can I fill for him work authorization form too even he is not gonna work anymore.

sorry for the late reply I was having the issue with log in. thank you for all help thats his second time over here he never overstayed since he is here I wanna fill up his application. can I file both things together and also can I fill work authorization and advance parole form too. do I need to add any supporting document with his application. Thank you so much for all help.

Yes, you can file both together, and you can fill out an I765 for him as well.
