My USCIS green card was denied based on a not bona fide marriage with my first wife. Can I apply with my second wife?

You can but whether or not it will be approved is another matter. New marriage won’t overcome USCIS suspicions of a fraudulent previous marriage.

Would an attorney take my case? [I also have a pending asylum application.]

I’m sure there is someone who would

Do you not have a Lawyer for your Asylum Claim?

Most lawyers would be very happy to take your case. A complicated situation and likely uphill battle = more fees for them.

What is the situation with your second wife, how long have you been together and how long have you been married? The biggest suspicion with a previously denied application and an asylum application in the works will be that you've only married her to try and stay in America and it's also not a Bona Fide marriage.

He will need to prove up the first one before the second would even be considered.

We have been married for 4 yrs now with a child.

You need an excellent attorney, as you’re up against fraud here.
