Your employer will provide the lawyer. It's job hunting that you'll need to focus on, if an employer is prepared to sponsor you then there will be a visa of some sort available to you. It may not be an EB immigrant visa, but even a temporary work visa would get you over there to wait whilst your F2B application wait trundles along in the background.
