question about family photos

So  thought I read that while entering for the dv lottery that we should also include  a family photo of ourselves and our family. is this true? I can't seem to find an example of the accepted family photo. is family photo required for dv entry? I am familiar with the standard passport type photos and requirements but what about this family photo. I can't seem to find any info on it. what I want to know is what are the requirements and where do I submit the family photos?

Exactly.

 

Family photo is different to photos of family members. Can't just include a photo from uncle Bob's birthday with 5 family members on it.

 

Each family member photo should only contain one person.

As a DV Lottery Winner myself, absolutely not required.

 

Please ensure you only take advice from official government sources, and utilize the ONLY legitimate application portal:  Electronic Diversity Visa Program

 

So many scammers around the DV, it's scary.
