Hey, just filling out form I-765 for work authorization. Part 27 asks for eligibility category, is this C9 as I have read? I'm also just out of status which I'm not sure effects applying for work authorization? (i got into a pretty serious accident which delayed us starting AOS). Any advice would be appreciated. I already have a SSN.

If you are a K1, that is correct.

We wouldn't know that you are though because your VJ timeline is blank and it's common for anyone and everyone to post in this forum who isn't a K1.

Please fill it out ASAP.
