Hello there.

I am glad to think that I am not alone in this process with a lot of concerns and doubts as this is the first time doing that. This question is about apostille documents, I don’t see any apostille documents anywhere. But in my case  the US EMBASSY IN VENEZUELA IS CLOSED, therefore the only option is going to US Embassy in COLOMBIA. My concern is does all the civil documents, medical vaccinations history from Venezuela and certified English translation need to be apostilled for the interview in US Embassy in Bogota, Colombia ? As Colombia and Venezuela are in list of convention of Hague. Have you done that similar to my case, other nationalities doing in other country included Convention of Hague? I would like to know? Any advices are much appreciated. Hope you are having a great day.

Nothing in the spouse visa process requires an apostille.

You need to look at the Document Reciprocity page and make sure your document has the proper requirements. translation do not need to be apostilled. I do recommend you use an official translator.
