If they bring you back in for a second interview, or deny your N-400 and you re-apply, you will need more than videos and photos to overcome their concerns that your marriage was not real, just for a green card.  You said you were an LPR for one year before you divorced, so you should have joint bank account statements, documents showing joint ownership of property, joint lease or home mortgage/deed, utility bills showing the same address, joint health insurance, etc. from that one year period.  Videos and photos won't be enough if they doubt the legitimacy of your marriage and ask you for more evidence.  Good luck!

100%.

I would have taken that marital evidence to interview, even when applying under 5 year rule. Everything is a fair game during naturalization.

IO game me the interview results form. It marked  “A decision cannot be made yet on your application”  my status online still says Interview scheduled.
I made the mistake for not taking evidence to this interview. But I gathered PLENTY of evidence now. I’m waiting for their response if it’s negative I’ll get an attorney and go from there.

Yes I totally understand that now. I gathered plenty of undeniable evidence of emails, receipts, audio and video and pictures. Waiting for the response and will get an attorney if it’s negative.

Audio and video cannot be used as evidence directly.

They need to be transcribed. You can have printed still images supporting video.

That's wild. Really unusual I'd say...

I know I was very surprised. I’m gonna ask my attorney if the IO behaviour and accusation was legal.

Truly hope it all works out well for you. I know very well how frustrating this process is.

Best wishes.
