We received an RFE for the I-693 for my mom. She does not want any vaccinations. She is so against it, she is considering dropping the application completely. Can she get a waiver from the doc on these grounds? The issue is it’s not like she’s never received vaccines. She got 1 or 2 Covid vaccines because it required for her work but generally is quite against them. She also can’t locate her vaccine records so if she’s required to get the vaccines, she might be getting some she already received. What are her options? Will she get denied if she gets a waiver (if even possible)?

A waiver is available but there is pretty much no chance of it being granted if she's had vaccinations in the past. She can locate her vaccine records from her GP in the UK, or just have a titre test to check for immunity and find out which ones she needs.

She is adamant it’s unavailable from the UK. She’s also lived in several countries over her life. She thinks she can get antibodies testing so she won’t have to redo the vaccines. Is that sufficient? And it looks like she will also be forced to get the Covid booster and the flu shot on top of whatever else she might need for her age?

It's usually just on her Summary Care Record which she can request via email from her GP, or even download herself from the NHS app if she has that.

Yes and yes. It'll probably be other ones that we don't normally have in the UK too i.e. Hep B, unless she got them somewhere else of course.
