Timeline

It appears that many people have filed for the K3 but they have added it to their timeline or Visajourney doesn't have a way to track it properly. So far many people that have filed for the K3 have had their I-130 approved in 12 months or less. Of course not all and they're are exceptions. However it is worth tracking and considering filing for this option.

I would like to follow along with others that have filed and are currently waiting. You can view my timeline in my signature; I will update as changes happen.

How do you know this statistics, e.g. people who filed got approved in under 12 months? K-3 is largely an urban myth.

Are you angry? I’m not going to explain what many already know and understand about filing this. It’s been explained many times lol. Research is out there. Good luck
