I was married to an USC a week ago and am currently in status on a B-1 visa from Canada. I have spent winters in Florida for the last 25 years and have known my husband since then. I have always had my U.S mail delivered to my husbands address and have a residential address and p.o. box in Canada for my Canadian mail. I am unsure of which of these address to use or should I use both? Thank you in advance for any input!

1) I assume you're talking about I-485. I am not aware of any forms named 1-485.

2) You should list addresses where you physically lived in the last 5 years. Mailing address in the US is irrelevant if you lived and were a tax resident of Canada. PO box in Canada is irrelevant as there was a physical place you owned or had lease at. List the actual place.

Good luck!

Just to clarify my Canadian government and banking mail is sent to my sisters physical address where I live in summer. Would that not be my most recent address?

Which country is your sister's address in, Canada? If you only stay there in the summer it would be odd to put that as your address, that is just a vacation place. Where do you pay bills/pay taxes/actually live/have a lease for?

I have a lease on my winter residence in Florida and am a Canadian citizen for tax and all other purposes.

OK, so you'll put your Canadian address then if that's where you live most of the time.
