My case is Documentary approved (NVC) November 2023 and waiting since then for US embassy in Islamabad Pakistan to schedule for interview. Tried expediting it through Congress/Senate but nothing happened. Recently Someone told me to transfer it to Oman. Can someone guide me . It’s depressing.

Are you living in Oman? You can’t usually ’consulate shop’ and transfer a case unless you’re resident there.

I was coming from Pakistan last month and the guy at the US boarder asked me about my family and I explained. He said why don’t you transfer it to Oman since everyone is doing. So that’s y I am here

He's wrong. Your wife can interview only in her country of citizenship or her country of residence.  She would need to live in Oman have any such request honored.  They don't transfer consulates because you are becoming impatient.

Oman is really backlogged atm due to consulate shopping! Please try Kuwait or Qatar as Bahrain is also lagging on Appointment Scheduling for DQ'ed persons other than bahrainis!

You need to ask NVC that question and see if they will honor that. I doubt it but you’re free to ask.

Ok for you to go there, but it would be against policy to accept Consular Processing in a country where the applicant is only a visitor, not a resident.

It depends on case to case basis, for stateless individuals or where the war is on the pace rn, they can give you the benefit but you being a pakistani national would need a study or a work permit in one of these countries. Something more like a long term resident visa to show that you’ll be doing your time in that country for an extended period!
