Hello everyone,

I’m seeking advice regarding my I-130, I-485, I-765, I-693, and I-131 applications. I received an email from my husband’s credit card company, thanking us for verifying a recent transaction at USCIS Chicago Lockbox. The message mentioned that if the transaction was declined, I might need to repeat it.  The i131 transaction is completely declined.

After contacting Discover, I was informed that the transactions are pending but have been reversed by USCIS. I have not yet received any receipt notice. I’m planning to resend the package using checks this time. What’s the best course of action? Should I wait for USCIS to return the package, or will they discard it? I’m concerned because the package also contains my sealed medical exam.

I’m feeling anxious about this, especially with the new version of the forms coming out in October, which might mean I’ll have to refile everything. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!
