Hi everyone, my fiance just finished filling out the I-129F form and he doesn’t need the page 8 which is the additional information sheet, should I still include the additional information sheet in the visa packet for USCIS? And if I should should I put N/A on the sheet?

Also is it necessary to mention where we met on the internet like what app did we meet on? Cause on the form it only says describe about in person meeting.

You must include all pages of the form and answer all questions even if it doesn't apply. Also you must describe how you met in person within last 2 years.

My fiance did describe about our “in person meeting”, but he hasn’t mentioned anything about our “internet meeting”. Should we also make a letter describing our “internet meeting” ?

No. USCIS cares about in person meetings only. You can mention you met on line but it's the in-person meetings that are important
